| Returning items to Lola y Maria takes just a few simple steps. - Email your request to returns@livefastnyc.com. You will be sent a Return Authorization number (RA#) via email.
- Securely package your item in the original box, if possible.
- Address the package to:
Live Fast Returns Department 57 Clinton Street New York, NY 10002 RA#
- Please write your RA# on the outside of the package
- Once your items are received and processed by our Returns Department, your credit card will be refunded the full amount. This may take up to 10 business days to properly reflect on you statement.
Live Fast will not accept returns that are more then 10 days after the date you received your items. Items must be in unworn condition, with no alteration or dry cleaning.
